No Refund Policy

JobAlert operates on a NO REFUND policy. All payments are final and non-refundable.

1. Payment Terms

When you subscribe to JobAlert at ₹99/month, you agree that:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unsatisfactory service, dissatisfaction with job alerts, or change of mind
  • Payment is processed at the time of subscription

2. Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the current billing period
  • We will NOT charge you for the next billing cycle after cancellation
  • You will continue to receive job alerts for the remaining days of your current subscription
  • To cancel, send a message to aiengineertalks@gmail.com

3. What You Get

Your ₹99/month subscription includes:

  • Instant WhatsApp alerts for government, PSU, and banking job openings
  • Alerts sent the moment jobs are posted
  • Verified links from official sources only
  • Daily digest of active openings
  • Deadline reminders 2 days before last date
  • Access to all job categories during your subscription period

4. Service Availability

We make no guarantees about job placement, selection, or interview callbacks. JobAlert is an alert and notification service only. The responsibility to apply and succeed in the recruitment process rests entirely with you.

5. Exceptions

In cases of fraudulent charges or technical errors that result in duplicate billing, please contact us immediately at aiengineertalks@gmail.com with proof of the issue. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed through Razorpay. This No Refund Policy applies to all transactions made through JobAlert. If you have concerns about your payment, you may contact Razorpay support, but final refund decisions rest with JobAlert.
